A typical video inspection produces hours of raw video tape, stacks of handwritten observer logs, and reams of printouts from associated instruments and sensors. An engineer attempting to assemble this mass of data into a cohesive, consolidated inspection report faces a daunting and discouraging opponent, Information Overload. Analysis of inspection data is often superficial, complex trends are seldom explored, and video tapes sit on a shelf unused.

Mission Manager provides the answer for data collection, management, and reporting! Mission Manager consolidates observer logs, instrument readings, video still images, and more into a single database. Important images are stored as digital computer files that are linked with all other inspection data. With Mission Manager, the inspector views 24-bit color, live digitized video and interactively logs inspection information via a "point and click" graphic interface. Complex queries that isolate trends or problems are formulated with a few clicks of the mouse. Video images are replayed instantly. Historical data is quickly recalled for comparison with the current conditions. In addition, the system offers a number of customizable reports, including full color printouts of images.

The hardware encoder encodes and saves full motion, full size video in digital files with virtually no additional load on your PC's CPU. Recorded video is DVD compliant. When burned on a DVDR disk, it is viewable on standard DVD players.

All observer, navigation and instrumentation data is linked frame by frame to the recorded digital video.
